Marcom Marketing and Communications has launched another service to educate customers and improve the market. The company will support small and medium-sized businesses in training as part of the advisory services provided to the market.
According to Jeykhun Farzaliev, Executive Director of the company, the education of each market participant in this area is the basis for Marcom. “Consulting is part of the company's roadmap for 2019. Small and medium-sized enterprises that need marketing consulting can call Marcom and get free advice about the services they want. The main goal of this service is to help start-up companies take the right steps in the market with the support of professionals. We do not want startups to lose time or budget due to lack of awareness or to stop their activities in the market. This is the second service that Marcom offered the market in 2019. As part of the market recovery, we launched the Marketing Audit Service in January of this year, and found out how many companies on the market need this product. Two more marketing services that we will launch before the end of the year will be aimed at optimizing the work of market participants. Currently, work is underway in this direction.
Note that Marcom operates in the markets of Azerbaijan and Georgia. The company recently became a strategic partner of Cubics Technology, which offers cloud-based CRM platforms.
