Expanding the range of marketing and communication services, Marcom launched the Medical Marketing Service, envisaged for 2020.
Jeykhun Farzaliev, executive director of the company, said that the service will have a significant impact on the development of medical companies and clinics. “In order to bring this service to the market, we had to analyze the sector for 4 months using various marketing tools. It turned out that, unlike other industries, there are very few marketing specialists specializing in medicine. Therefore, there are serious gaps in the marketing activities of many companies and clinics. These gaps, in turn, lead to loss of customers, adversely affect the quality of services and the reputation of clinics in general. The service we provide covers about 80% of all areas related to health. Companies and clinics that, for a number of reasons, have difficulty establishing a marketing department can outsource the work and use the services of online and offline marketing.”
By the end of this year, Marcom Marketing and Communications plans to provide the market with several different marketing services. The company is represented by 27 marketing services in the market of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
