Marcom Marketing and Communications, which supports small and medium-sized businesses under the slogan “Train and acquire customers,” announced plans for 2020.
According to Marcom Executive Director Jeykhun Farzaliev, the company's activities over the past year can be assessed as successful. “In accordance with the strategic development roadmap of 2019, we created two new services “Marketing audit and consultations”for market participants. Both services that we provide are designed to educate and improve market participants. This year we plan to provide three new services for the market. One of the services that we will provide is the medical sector, and the other two will help strengthen the position of companies in the market."
We will support many areas
The executive director of the company also said that by 2020 they will try to support many areas. “Companies operating in many regions of Azerbaijan cannot fully use marketing services due to staff shortages. In 2020, we plan to provide marketing support to companies working in the field of information technology, law, agriculture, logistics and education.”
The demand for outsourcing marketing will increase
Jeykhun Farzaliev noted that in 2019 many companies suffered from a lack of high-quality staff in offline/online marketing, design and media marketing. “Last year, we watched how many companies were looking for staff in various areas of marketing. I think that this will increase the need for companies to outsource marketing services in the market." The use of outsourced marketing services by companies will help them both financially and prove their effectiveness. Given the increasing competition between companies, one or two people are not enough to manage the company's marketing. Marketing requires a holistic approach.
We plan to increase our market share
Georgia is a very attractive market for us. We are currently working with several companies in Georgia. We expect an increase in market share in this country in 2020. The opportunities here are enormous, and because of the low competitiveness, we believe that we can make serious progress.
We will continue to invest
Jeykhun Farzaliev said that the company plans to invest in human capital in 2020. “Like every year, we plan to contribute to the development of our employees and the recruitment of new employees. We must invest in human capital in order to provide quality services to our customers. Currently, we have stopped training new marketing and design employees due to moving to a new office. But we are thinking about returning to this issue in the summer.”
Cooperation plans
The Executive Director announced the strategic partnerships offered by many companies, and said that conditions are being discussed. “We are discussing strategic partnerships with many companies. We want to make sure that this cooperation is beneficial both to the parties and to the market participants as a whole. "
Marcom Marketing and Communications is represented by 26 marketing services in the markets of Azerbaijan and Georgia.
